Our architecture consists of centralized event/fault management, ticketing, performance management and portal, with some these applications are continuously tuned by our systems operations team to deliver key pieces of data about the health of the network while minimizing noise and false alarms. Through this model, we allow our application partners to invest in application research and development, while we stay focused on minimizing network downtime and accelerating the time to resolution on network issues.

Event/Fault Management
The traffic cop of the Network Management System, the Event Management platform polls remote devices, receives traps/alerts, correlates alarms, and creates events that can be triaged.

 

Performance Management
Routine reporting on key device and network statistics, thresholds and availability provides relevant data to the support analyst and the end user.

 

Configuration Management (CMDB)
For best practices, security, and change control, the Configuration Management tool logs all activity, provides detailed device/asset information, audits for compliance status, and backups current and historical device configurations.

 

IP Voice Application Management
INX Managed Services provide the specialized tools necessary to actively monitor key elements that affect voice, such as network latency/jitter, PRI utilization, and call/voicemail statistics.
