INX and Vocal Mash enable companies to rapidly integrate business data with the Cisco UC system, known as the Cisco Smart Business Portal® (CSBP).  Cisco’s Smart Business Portal provides the tools necessary to rapidly integrate (“mash-up”) applications to optimize business processes.  The services help customers to leverage their investment in a Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure as well as the investment made into enterprise applications in the company.
